i am currently at the denver int'l airport waiting for a flight home. and so ends my tour.
things i learned:
1. i love the mountains. a lot.
2. my favorite drives of this trip were from flagstaff to phoenic and from san francisco to reno
3. i did a shit ton of interviews and some reporters are bitches man. but you cant stump me on environmental facts
4. i'm not a big fan of LA. the one part i did like reminded me of atlanta
5. mormons get pissed when you get naked in front of their temple
6. i meant some really awesome people
7. i love colorado springs
i think those are the big things. i kept meaning to write things down as i was traveling but i didnt. i love the land out here. it was so refreshing to see space. the land out here is just so gorgeous. i wish i didnt have to go so fast so i could of stopped on occasion and ran through fields or roll down some hills. i want to go camping so badly now. i'm going to atlanta at the end of the month and i'm driving so i'm going to get all my gear while i'm there.
today i was in a bookstore and i went to go get coffee and i was behind this transfestite and her friend in line. she ordered a latte and a brownie biscotti which she thought was hilarious. she said, 'i'm so pedestrian ordering this latte and biscotti! so pedestrian!'. i found her absolutely delightful.
